Elon Dining uses a combination of purchasing tracking software and self-reporting to log 3rd party certified and plant-based purchases. All invoices are tracked and denoted based on STARS criteria. This allows the percentage of sustainable products to be calculated. The total cost of the invoice is entered into the spreadsheet which figures into the calculation of overall percentage of sustainable products purchased. The reported data represents January 2023 - May 2023.
