In FY 19-20, Elon University fully implemented a three-year plan to establish an entry level hourly rate of $15 for all permanent hourly paid positions. Most salary positions are at or above this rate. With benefits included, the minimum total compensation (including full-time and part-time employees) is $18.11/hour. The benefits included are health insurance, retirement plan, vision care, life insurance, long-term disability and leave program.
