The Formation of the ECC Environmental Club

A brief description of the campaign(s):
El Centro has assisted in the formation of two programs that act as campaigns to influence student involvement in sustainable activities. The first is the formation of the ECC Environmental Club. This club interacts with students and surrounding communities to educate and provide resources for sustainable living. The second in a campaign in which students actively participate in education of K-12 individuals in sustainable concepts as well as human impacts on the environment.

Over twenty individuals have participated in the educational outreach program. These individuals in turn educate the public in areas of sustainable and ecologically responsible manners.
