A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction:

The Organizational Development & Employee Training (ODET) Department, working closely with Human Resources and the Institutional Effectiveness Office, deploys a college wide climate survey every three years. It is an anonymous online survey that is taken by all employee groups. Results are filtered by employee type and department so we can see how employees feel across various cross-sections of our campus. The last survey was conducted in spring 2011, and the results were reviewed by President's Cabinet. Each Vice-President was also tasked with reviewing the results with their divisions and to address issues that arose. As ODET works with teams across campus, the data for the team's division is reviewed to attempt to address issues over time.
