A brief description of the cultural competence trainings and activities:
Every employee is required to complete compliance trainings, which includes a section on diversity and cultural competency. The Organizational Development and Employee Training (ODET) Program also offers workshops in cultural competency and brings speakers in on cultural diversity topics as part of their "LiveWell" Program.
