A brief description of the minimum total compensation provided to the institution’s lowest paid employee or pay grade:
The regular employee with the lowest salary in the institution receives an hourly rate of $23.30. In addition to their salary, they are entitled to 21 days of vacation, 10 days of sick leave, a complete insurance plan and a contribution to the employer's pension fund (employer's share of 12% of the employee's salary). The employee is also entitled to 15 days of statutory vacations, as well as a wide range of social vacations.
