ÉTS has an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Advisor. Several EDI committees are included in the EDI Action Plan (Harassment Prevention and Resolution-EDI, Faculty Hiring, Chair Appointments, Plural Women's Goal). These committees are each composed of members from different units at ÉTS, including faculty, management, staff and the student community.
