A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
All new employees participate in a new employee orientation session. During this session, the SD team has 30 minutes to inform employees about the sustainable development process and how they can get involved. Topics covered include: SD governance, carbon neutrality, sustainable mobility, waste management, greening, arts and culture, responsible procurement, ecoresponsible events, SD communication and awareness, and SD involvement opportunities.
