For students: 1. Individual counselling by psychologists and psycho-social workers 2. Workshops on study methods and psychological well-being 3. Zootherapy and yoga sessions 4. Video capsule on stress management 5. Field interventions with vulnerable students 6. Conferences on mental health, fight against homophobia, etc. 7. Campaigns, kiosks and, prevention and awareness sessions (suicide, harassment, drugs and alcohol)
For staff and faculty:
The employee assistance program offers different services.
As part of the group insurance contract, we offer problem resolution services to insured employees and their family members. The goal of the Employee Assistance Program is to quickly provide appropriate professional resources to improve the well-being and health of employees through telephone, online or in-office consultations for marital/family problems, work-related problems, personal problems and addiction problems. A telephone consultation service is also offered for legal or financial problems, to help solve problems related to the support of elderly parents and children and to equip a child in his school planning. The Employee Assistance Program is a completely confidential service accessible at all times.
