A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
ÉTS did a survey to assess employee engagement and satisfaction. The survey was created and sent by Aon, an independant organization, by email to all employees (staff and faculty). The survey was sent to the 1446 employees but only 412 answered, which represent 28%. The employees had to answer the survey online and it was anonymous answers. Then Aon collected data and sent the results back to ÉTS.
A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):
The information hasn't yet been handed to the differents unions, so the issues raised by the survey haven't been adressed yet. For this reason, we prefer not to provide any other information on the survey as a courtesy.
