Data source(s) and notes about the submission:
Headcounts are for Fall 2021 and from EMU IRIM databook data found at https://irim.emich.edu/.
Full-time Equivalent Student Enrollment: 11,807, is from IPEDS Fall 2021. Data was not available on IPEDS at the time, but was provided to us by Amy Otteson on April 27, 2022 email.
For FTE students enrolled exclusively in distance education we used IPEDS 2021 data, but only headcounts are provided. FTE for distance education was calculated by headcount of students enrolled exclusively in distance education divided by total student enrollment multiplied by student FTE = 3999/15340 * 11807 = 3078. (Note: slight discrepancy in headcount from databook for student and from IPEDS because of the difference in reporting periods. The databook is from start of term whereas IPEDS is from Oct. 15, 2021.
FTE employees, 1618, came from IPEDS EMU HR survey for Fall 2021.
On campus resident data came from Emily Lescelius, Housing Services Manager
