Human Resources sends out an annonymous, university-wide employee satisfaction survey every three years. Comments and concerns are gathered and reported in HR's annual report to the institution. Additionally, faculty responses are addressed through a faculty Quality of Life committee.

The Office of the Provost reviews the survey responses and develops actions to address employee feedback from the survey.
