Yes

Provide a brief description:

Signs in the cafeteria label local foods, talk about how oil for MYO stir-fry are trans-fat, and coffee that is fair-trade free. Also the cafeteria puts on a local harvest meal each fall with lots of fanfare.

The student club, Earthkeepers, has an annual Food and Farming Week with events like showing Food Inc., breadbaking class, fieldtrip to the city Farmer's Market and farm visit to a local sustainable farmer (like Joel Salatin 40 minutes from campus).

Yes

The student group, Sustainable Foods Initiative, started the first campus garden in 2009 after a Food and Farming Week showing of Food Inc. and has since expanded it to 5 gardens with five student garden managers, a summer CSA and campus farmers market. The group sells thousands of dollars of vegetables each year to the cafeteria.
