The LEED AP working on the LEED Construction Waste Management (MRc2) credit works for the general contractor which helps him make sure there is follow-through on the construction site with waste materials diversion. This is also the third LEED Gold building this contractor has built for EMU, waste diversion is not new or a big hurdle to get over.
