A brief description of the management system:
We use Siemens Insight to track per day and real time energy usage, and Enernoc regional demand management for more historical data. Month to month and yearly energy use is monitored in small buildings off the main electrical meter through manual input into spreadsheets and combined with data from main meter buildings.

lights, HVAC goes to minimum temp setbacks, over holiday or summer breaks, ventilation is turned off in residential and office buildings (not labs).
