The HealthyYOU! at EKU program is service available to all EKU employees. The program is managed by Tammy Cornett. Participation in the program provides employees with a $240 credit per year, delivered quarterly in increments of $60. Spouses of employees can also receive a credit of $120 per year. In order to be eligible to receive the credit, employees must participate in health-related events including an annual physical, workshops, health challenges, and a personal health assessment. Additionally, HealthyYOU! offers programs offers flu shots, exercise classes, cooking clubs, and a community garden. Employees also find programs to manage diabetes and weight. Finally, HealthyYOU! hosts an annual Health Fair and a Farmer's Market with local farms.
