EICCD has piloted the Transition to College course on each of our campusses and will be offering the course again this fall. The course is intented to help new students gain a better understanding of the expectations, vocabulary, and various steps they will need to take to be successful in college. The intent is to build a community of students who are accountable to each other and will watch out for and assist each other. Student clubs and organizations are available for students on each campus.
Student Services Skills Centers located at each campus provide an individualized environment for students in need of personal assistance in areas such as study skills, reading, grammar, basic math, writing skills, and general classwork. Tutoring programs are offered at no cost to the student.
