The Mission Statement of the Diversity Committee is: "Living diversity at EICCD through the recognition, acceptance and full utilization of human potential."

EICCD's Ethics Statement is:
Eastern Iowa Community College District (EICCD) is guided by the belief that a cohesive and productive community is one of shared values and practices.
