A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:

The Qualtics Data Collection software was used to administer the Campus Climate Survey. Employees were able to respond anonymously to the online survey. The results of the survey was then anaylzed by the Qualtrics Software as well as by two faculty members who serve on the Diversity & Social Justice Council.


A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:

The Diversity & Social Justice Council will review the data derived from the study to determine areas needing improvement. The Council will then develop a plan (in collaboration with the Office of Equity & Diversity) to make systemic improvements to the campus climate.
