A brief description of the IPM plan(s) :
ETSU Integrated Pest Management plan is used to manage pest damage by the most erognomical means and with the least possible hazard to people, property, or the environment. Pest are monitored frequently to ensure limited to damage to plant material. Chemical controls are used as a last resort when there is a potential for plant loss or disease transmission. When chemical control is necessary; products are selected for the lowest use rates per acre and for the lowest environmental toxicity.
