A brief description of the metering system:
ETSU has some buildings that are metered individually with Onicon Chill Water Meters, Sprirax Sarco Steam Meters, Siemens and Johnson Electric Meters. ETSU is currently in the process of upgrading the steam and chill water metering system. ETSU's meter system can be read and monitored constantly through the Metasys and Siemens Network.
