A brief description of the food donation program:
ETSU Dining began a partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank in March of 2011. We strive to use all food items that are purchased but when necessary we call the Food Bank so the items are not wasted. Since March we've donated 730 pounds of food to the Second Harvest Food Bank.
