Signs are placed at various locations around campus to highlight green building features and to acknowledge funding that was provided by the Student Campus Sustainability Fee. In addition, campus ambassadors and tour guides are presented this information so they can educate our campus visitors about ETSU sustainability initiatives.

Aramark, ETSU's food service provider, partners with the Department of Sustainability to provide information about sustainability initiatives. Aramark uses their "Green Thread" campaign materials throughout their facilities including signage, brochures, and napkin inserts. In addition, Aramark has provided various bulletin boards throughout the food service areas for use by the Department of Sustainability to communicate various events about Sustainability.

The ETSU ECO Tour Map is available online and as a download at the Sustainability website. It includes 18 different locations on campus and highlights their sustainability features. Included is a 75,000 gallon water retention tank at our softball field that collects and recirculates water for irrigation; skylights installed in various buildings; information on our recycling and yellow bike sharing programs; a geothermal system; solar powered lights, etc.

Parking and Transportation Services produces a handout outlining the Car Pool Program policy and goals. In addition, they provide information on the local city transit routes and provide a free on-campus shuttle from various apartment complexes off-campus to encourage use of mass transit. In addition, there is a brochure and guide for the Yellow Bike Sharing program that includes basic safety information.
