Major renovations are managed by ECU’s Facilities Engineering and Architectural Services. Contractors are required to report tonnage for C&D material that is recycled and sent to the landfill. Recycling Services also routinely collects C&D material. Approximately 50% is recycled through the Pitt County Transfer Station.
