While East Carolina University does not have an affiliation status with the WRC or the FLA, included in all ECU licensing agreements is a Labor Code of Conduct that is required for all licensees to help ensure that products bearing the institution’s name are produced in fair working conditions, and promote health, safety, and secure livelihoods for domestic and global workers. The labor code also requires licensees to disclose their supply chains.
