4.1 Sustainable investment policy or committee

ESG and SRI is incorporated into the consideration when making investment decision. The investment Committee also meet periodically to review and monitor ESG and SRI factors.

The committee will consider ESG and SRI policies in its selection of external investment managers. The Foundation cannot exercise control of the investment guidelines in commingled funds and limited partnerships because the investment manager or general partner is required to treat all investors and partners under the same investment policies.
