Sustainability Progress Committee: Recommends college sustainability priorities, tracks progress on the Earlham Sustainability Plan, leads sustainability planning, and coordinates with the Sustainability Office. Serves as a conduit for community ideas regarding sustainability policies. Reports to the Faculty Meeting, Employee Council, and Earlham Student Government as a matter of information, to keep all community members updated.

A brief description of each sustainability office:
The Environmental Leadership Program oversees experiential education opportunities in sustainability, outdoor education, and sustainable agriculture. It is also charged with coordinating sustainability across the campus and promoting sustainability pedagogy and practice in the curriculum, co-curriculum, and operations of the college.
The office employs a full time Director (0.5 teaching + 0.5 administrative), a full time Director of Outdoor and Environmental Education, and a half time Farm Manager.
Metz, the company providing food service on campus, also tasks the Office Asst. to the Chef with coordinating sustainability efforts within food service operations. (approx. .25 FTE)

In 2016, the College rebranded the Integrated Program in Sustainability as the Environmental Leadership Program, which includes Campus Sustainability, Outdoor Ed, and Miller Farm Sustainable Ag. In 2017, a new structure of the Student Sustainability Corps was piloted, which gives more opportunity for team leaders to manage the operations of their teams.
An updated Campus Sustainability Plan was approved in 2016-17.
