"In the management of stormwater on site, Durham College should, wherever possible apply low impact development (LID) principles. This will help to mitigate reductions to groundwater recharge due to the increase in imperviousness caused by the proposed development. Additional guidelines relating to LID principles and criteria are identified in Section 3.1."
