Duquesne University has two committees: The mission of the University Academic Sustainability Committee (UASC) is to collaboratively advocate for the incorporation of the principles of sustainable development and sustainability into the academic and the Institute for Energy and Environment which cultivates a discussion of local, national and global interests and research in energy and environmental issues, from the perspectives of: Policy, Economics, Technology, and Law.
