"A Healthier U" is Drexel's comprehensive, University-wide wellness program aimed at improving the physical, emotional and financial well-being of all students, faculty and staff. A Healthier U offers the members of the Drexel community the opportunity to positively impact the lives of themselves and their families by leveraging the many quality services and resources available to achieve optimum health. A Healthier U integrates these resources to provide a broad, collaborative program designed to foster an environment that produces positive life changes. With its primary focus on physical activity, healthy nutrition and smoking cessation, Healthier U will increasingly integrate healthy behaviors into our University culture to help healthy individuals stay healthy, and provide those with health risks the resources they need to reduce their chances of chronic illness or serious medical conditions in the future.
