During FY20, Drexel established an Anti-Racism Task Force (ARTF) as a participatory effort to assess key campus functions towards generating an anti-racist campus community. The 11 committees included undergraduate student life, graduate and doctoral student life, admissions and prospective students, faculty recruitment and retention, academic curriculum and program review, trauma and mental health supports, professional staff recruitment and retention, learning and education, business practices, community engagement, and policies and procedures. Each committee met to assess the current status of campus culture and practices in these areas and identified sets of actions needed for improvement, including identifying whether or not budget is needed, and responsible offices or administrative units.
