The Sustainability Effectiveness Committee was one committee in Drexel's institutional effectiveness self-study during FY 2019-2020. The committee developed a set of recommendations to improve Drexel's sustainability performance.
From the Effectiveness Committee, the Drexel Climate and Sustainability Working Group formed to advance climate and sustainability initiatives in academic curriculum, research, civic engagement, and institutional investment.

The Climate and Sustainability Working Group was launched during spring 2020, and immediately began working on a set of university-wide initiatives, including our first STARS report(!), bringing applied teaching opportunities related to campus sustainability projects, and created a central website to house institution-wide climate and sustainability initiatives and programs.
