The City of Philadelphia requires the University to upload utility data for buildings 50,000 sq. ft. and above into Energy Start Portfolio Manager. Currently there are 39 buildings totaling 4,171,255 sq. ft. The University is also a member of the Green Building United 2030 District and has submitted 3 buildings totaling 367,079 sq. ft.
