The college has two major campuses in Metro Vancouver – one in New Westminster (Royal Avenue and Anvil Office Tower) and one in Coquitlam. Both campuses are owned by the institution and are the basis for the institutional boundary for this submission. The Anvil Office Tower is a leased property.

The College has some smaller leased spaces (categorized above as "satellite campus" throughout Metro Vancouver, but those have not been included in the institutional boundary as they are leased spaces for which the College has limited control over sustainability practices and policies.
