The Anvil Tower tenant fit out was completed in September 2018. The space covers four floors, 21 new classrooms, a host of new student collaboration spaces, and a simulation lab for financial and supply chain management modelling. The tenant fit out was completed inside the Anvil Tower, which is a LEED Gold building. As a result, the tenant fit out was required to follow best practices in sustainable design that align with LEED BD+C, but it was not certified under LEED or any other green building rating system.
