A brief description of the food bank, pantry, or equivalent resource:

The Douglas Students’ Union (DSU) operates an Emergency Food bank to help students get through to the next pay cheque or loan disbursement, and for those needing short term assistance. Students can access the Food Bank twice per semester (Fall, Winter, Summer), to a maximum of once per month.
The DSU Emergency Food Bank also gives students a $30 e-gift card to an approved grocery store.
