Dominican follows the San Francisco Living Wage for all employees, the SF minimum wage is updated yearly and is above the federal minimum wage of $7.25/hour, according to the National Center for Policy Analysis. http://www.ncpa.org/pub/ib105

Moreover, every three years Dominican studies the labor market to assess how much other colleges in the region are paying for their employees. It is a practice at DUC that employees are paid according to the labor market or above it.
