The new High Street Residence Hall, completed and opened in 2018, earned LEED Platinum certification.
The Kline Fitness Center, completed in 2014, earned LEED Gold certification in 2019. It was not included in previous STARS report because it had not completed LEED process yet. It is included now because it was LEED certified within past 5 years.
Major renovations made to the McKenney Suites residence hall and to East College academic building were consistent with LEED certification standards. This includes LED lighting systems, energy efficient heating and cooling systems, low flow plumbing fixtures and high efficiency window replacements.
