Data source(s) and notes about the submission:

Dickinson is rated as a “Silver” Bicycle-Friendly University (BFU) by The League of American Bicyclists (LAB). We are very proud to be one the two highest rated BFU’s in Pennsylvania, but we are not willing to rest on our bike seats, so to speak. LAB provided a feedback report full of recommendations for increasing our bike friendliness. The Dickinson Bicycle Advisory Committee is working to implement these goals. At our December meeting, we committed to developing a transportation and commuter survey, a bicycle master plan, incentivizing sustainable transportation, and increasing the amount of covered and secure bicycle parking.
