The results of the committee meetings and their surveys and findings are shared periodically via e-mail with all faculty and staff, as well as at faculty meetings.
The reports show that students, faculty, and staff who hold marginalized identities (people of color, women, LGBTQIA+, etc) have an experience on campus that is impacted negatively based on those marginalized identities.
