DePauw has two LEED Gold certified buildings in our Nature Park and the Hoover Dining Hall is also LEED Gold. Each of these buildings posts information about their construction and materials.

In 2019, sustainability ambassadors created a Sustainable Event Planning Checklist in an effort to help student organizations and departments plan for events that considered the three pillars of sustainability. The checklist was debuted at a campus-wide Sustainable Consulting Fair, was distributed to all organization presidents through DePauw Student Government, and was also shared with Greek House chapters across campus.

Checklist is attached below.

The Office of Sustainability also has a bulletin board centrally located in the Student Union Building to advertise current projects, events, and opportunities to get involved in sustainability initiatives.
