Bon Appetit incorporates information about making eco-positive choices on signs throughout the cafeteria and provides nutrition information about their food. Bon Appetit's website also has information related to healthy and sustainable choices. www.depauw.cafebonappetit.com and/or www.bamco.com.

The Office for Sustainability tables during orientation in the cafeteria to make the first year students aware about the "green" aspects of Bon Appetit's service, including the trayless dining and commitment to buy local food.

Yes

We were thrilled to have over 200 different students volunteer at the campus farm last year, and an additional 100 students came out to the campus farm for a delicious local meal. Our students helped harvest over 5,000 pounds of food last year!
