A brief description of the sustainable food and beverage purchasing program:
We are proud to purchase 12.6% of our food from within 100 miles of the institution, including all of the food produced by the DePauw Campus Farm. Last year, that was nearly 5,000 pounds of food! Bon Appetit is our partner in this endeavor.
