A brief description of the vegan dining program:
Description – For breakfast, egg white omelets with vegetables and cheese are offered; for lunch and dinner, every platform has something available for both vegetarians and vegans. Our Asian station concept also offers many vegetarian entrees and is designed in a way that students are able to choose their vegetables, starch, sauce, and protein (red beans, chickpeas, tofu). Further, the university is currently working on increasing the vegan options in our dining services.
