A brief description of the methodology used to track and calculate the number of recordable incidents of work-related injury or ill health :
All worker injuries are required to be reported through HR and our Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator. Injuries that result in workers comp. claims are also tracked. For FY2021 we had 31 total reported injuries and of those, 13 resulted in workers comp. claims.
