Denison has partnered with Enterprise to offer a car share program on campus. The program currently had two vehicles and over 125 members in 2019-2020. The program was suspended during COVID and was re-established for the 2022-2023 academic year.

A brief description of the incentives for fuel efficient vehicles:

As part of some of the LEED construction on campus, we have numerous areas with preferential parking for fuel-efficient vehicles. In addition EV chargers are located in prime parking spots and are free to use for employees, students, and guests of the college.

Yes

A brief description of the electric vehicle recharging stations:

Denison has six EV charging spaces on campus and an additional two spaces at the Granville Inn which it owns and operates. These are available to employees and guests of the college. Two of the chargers are available to students.

Yes

Denison has a mortgage guarantee program for all general faculty. Through the program, Denison will back any mortgage made on a house that is purchased within Licking County (the county where Denison is located).

Denison also rents a number of houses and apartments located next to or near campus. These apartments and houses are generally rented at rates below that of private rentals in town. Most new and/or visiting faculty are given first priority for these rentals.
