A brief description of the purchasing behavior:
Sodexo purchases and uses brown paper napkins for the two campus dining hall locations and the campus snack bar/coffee shop that contain 95% post-consumer recycled content.

Napkins used for catered events typically vary depending on the event. Most events use the 95% recycled content napkins, however, some higher end events use white napkins with little or no recycled content.
