Has the institution conducted a survey or other evaluation that allows for anonymous feedback to measure employee satisfaction and engagement during the previous three years?:
Percentage of employees assessed, directly or by representative sample:
A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
At De La Salle Lipa, employee satisfaction and engagement are evaluated through a well-defined methodology centered on Critical Success Factors (CSFs). These CSFs are specific, actionable, and limited in number, ensuring they are clear and focused. They align directly with the institution's strategic objectives, guiding efforts and resource allocation toward the most impactful activities. By measuring and tracking these CSFs, the administration can assess progress, enhance performance, and improve decision-making. This approach fosters accountability and motivation among employees, as they understand how their efforts contribute to the institution's overall success.
A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
The HRDO offers several activities that will address the mental health of the employees such as Mental Health Week.
With the implementation of the new salary scale, employees were able to receive corresponding salary adjustments based on their performance, as reflected by their evaluation. The professional development of employees in terms of training and seminars attended was also considered in the salary adjustment. Earned units in graduate programs and licensure have corresponding increases in salary grades with monetary adjustment.
