The Lasallian Alliance of Youth Advocate for Equality is a College organization that continues to strive for equality. Their continuing activity - Advancing Towards Gender Equality (ATGE) is being implemented annually which is a survey to assess the students’ perception and knowledge of equality, inclusivity, safe spaces, and other pressing issues.
In its first year of implementation, the focus is on safe spaces, the second year focuses on student perception of gender-exclusive language. Currently, the survey focuses on the coming-out process
The respondents of this survey are all College students. To access the survey form, interested participants may use the given link. The survey will take up to 5-10 minutes to complete.
The gathered information and suggestions through the survey may be used in formulating future projects and engaging the Lasallian community in improving the service of providing equality, inclusivity, and safe spaces for all.

Last SY 2023-2024 activities organized by DLSL LAYA are based on feedback from earlier surveys. aiming to engage the community in event planning to ensure they feel included. Additionally, the study conducted was used to plan another event with the organization collaborating with several student-led organizations such as the DLSL Debate Society, DLSL COMELEC, DLSL Lsallian Jurists, DLSL Psychology Society, and more.
The feedback from both current and previous surveys contributed to the creation of HumaniTeach 2 where Lasallian partners participated in discussions on various topics including one's SOGIESC and catering to other communities such as the IPs and PWDs, still with the end goal of making DLSL a more inclusive community.

The assessment results of the survey were given to the administrators and concerned offices to inform them and use the data gathered for the conceptualization of relevant and appropriate programs and activities for the promotion of diversity and inclusivity.
