De La Salle Lipa recognizes the following groups as part of the school's stakeholder members who are part of participatory and shared governance bodies.
- College Student Government (SG): College students governing body
- Council of Student Organizations (CSO): The umbrella organization and executive board of all student clubs and organizations. It coordinates with the Student Activities Office of its equivalence on matters concerning student clubs and organizations.
- Student Coordinating Board (SCB): Integrated School (Grade School, Junior & Senior High School governing body
- Faculty Associations: Academic and Non-academic staff associations namely College Faculty Association (CFA) for the College, and Integrated School faculty and Staff Association (ISFSA) for the Integrated School
- DLSL Alumni Association, Inc.: Non-profit organization organized for De La Salle Lipa graduates/ alumni.
- Parents and Educators Nurturing Cooperation and Integrity in La Salle (PENCIL, Inc.: Official Parents and Educators association at De La Salle Lipa.

De La Salle Lipa, through forums and meetings, regularly seeks assistance and consultations regarding campus policies and initiatives with various organizations and/or committees inside and outside the campus. The following are the organizations/groups that the school coordinates:
- Parents and Educators Nurturing Cooperation and Integrity in La Salle (PENCIL, Inc.: Official Parents and Educators association at De La Salle Lipa.
- DLSL Alumni Association, Inc.: Non-profit organization organized for De La Salle Lipa graduates/ alumni.
- Lipa Archdiocesan Social Action Commission, Inc. (LASAC) - a Church organization that exerts effort to reduce the gap between faith and practice in the area of social justice in order for everyone especially the poor to realize their temporal liberation and eternal salvation through the application of social teachings of the Church
- Local Community/Barangay Group - Local Government Units (LGUs) under the municipality of Lipa Batangas, Philippines
